Alexander Hüsing began his journalistic career in 1996 as freelancer for Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung (WAZ). During his studies in History, Politics and Eastern European History he worked as an intern at Unicum magazine in Bochum until he started his traineeship at kressreport magazine. Until September 2003, he held various positions at the Heidelberger Branchendienst – most recently as editor in charge of the Internet department. From October 2003 to April 2007 he was freelance journalist in Berlin and worked for AdZine, Neon, Unicum, Spiegel Online and teleschau among others. Already during this time, one of his special interests were young, up-and-coming internet startups.

In November 2016 Dr. Jochen Wallisch became Executive Vice President HR, Industrial Relations & Employment Conditions at Siemens AG where he is responsible for the HR topics industrial relations, compensation & benefits and a great part of the operative HR organization. He joined Lufthansa in 1999 where he held various management positions. In 2011, he became CEO of Eurowings where his responsibilities stretched from HR to Finance & Accounting, Controlling and IT-Systems.

Dr. Elke Eller
Dr Elke Eller has been a member of the Executive Board as the TUI Group’s HR and Labour Director since 15 October 2015.
Prior to joining TUI AG, Dr Eller held various positions at Volkswagen, being part of the Executive Board at Volkswagen Financial Services AG from 2007 onwards. In 2012 she was appointed to the Management Board of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles with responsibility for HR.
Before moving to industry, Dr Eller was responsible for various management functions at the German Public Services and Transport Union (ÖTV), the National Executive of the German Metalworkers’ Union (IGM), the Otto Brenner Foundation and the Hans Böckler Foundation. During that period she gained many years of experience as a member of various Supervisory Boards, including the Supervisory Boards of ThyssenKrupp and Volkswagen.
Dr Elke Eller studied economics and business management at Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, from 1982 to 1987, graduating as an economist. In 2009 she started a post-graduate programme at Paderborn University and was awarded a doctorate in political science in 2013.

Dr. Rainer Zugehör studied economics and politics at the University of Trier, Germany. He was awarded a doctorate from the Max-Planck-Institute in Cologne. Dr. Zugehör began his professional career with Thyssen-Krupp and changed to a role in Management at AUDI. 2004 Zugehör founded JobTV which later became MovingIMAGE24. Out of the former WebTV-Technology grew a cloudbased Video-management gadget used by most German companies.

Since January 2012, Dr. Michael Prochaska has been a member of the Executive Board and Labor Director of ANDREAS STIHL AG & Co. KG in Waiblingen.

GmbH at the company headquarters in Duisburg and was responsible for group-wide personnel management and all overarching personnel issues. He began his professional career in 1991 at the University of Hohenheim as a university assistant and consultant.
Dr. Michael Prochaska studied psychology at the Universities of Trier and Tübingen, with a focus on business, and obtained his doctorate at the University of Hohenheim.

After studying business administration and graduation in the human resources department, he worked as a consultant at Capgemini Consulting in Berlin, where he carried out projects in "Transformation Consulting" at several DAX-30 companies and abroad. Most of the customers were (and are) working in information and communication technology sectors.
